Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return shipping
A βΉ80 flat rate return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. There is no restocking fee.
Eligibility for returns
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be in the same condition you received them β unworn or unused, with tags attached
- Be in the original packaging
- Include the receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us immediately at info@thekanasustore.com if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item. We will evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Note: There are no final-sale-only items under our policy β sale items are returnable unless they fall under the exceptions above.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
